Yes. You get one quote upfront and that's what you pay — no hourly billing, no scope surprises. If the project genuinely changes, we agree any difference with you before doing the work, never after.
We include unlimited revisions on the build. We keep tuning until you're genuinely happy to send people the link — we don't consider a project done just because it's technically delivered.
Completely. The site and its content are yours — on monthly plans that's true from the moment you go live, not once the term ends. You're never locked into us to keep the site; if you want to move it elsewhere, you can.
The build is paid off and the site is yours outright — nothing switches off and nothing is held back. From month 13 you can renew onto a rolling hosting and support plan (from £10/mo depending on your plan), which keeps hosting, your domain, SSL, security updates and backups running. Or you can stop: we hand over the files and transfer the domain to you, and there's nothing further to pay. You'll see your term, your end date and a renew button in your dashboard, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
No — paying upfront is always the cheaper route overall. Monthly exists so you can spread the cost without a large payment on day one, and it bundles hosting for the whole term. Both totals are shown on the pricing table above so you can compare before you choose.

If you pay upfront for the build, hosting is a separate optional add-on that starts once your site goes live; you're free to host it elsewhere instead.
