What’s on today

Everything is made here from scratch, so the list changes a little with the seasons and with what sells out. This is what you’ll usually find.

Bread

Baked through the night, on the shelf from 7am. Two-day ferment on everything.

  • White sourdoughOur everyday loaf. Open crumb, dark crust. £4.20
  • Seeded sourdoughSunflower, pumpkin and linseed, soaked overnight. £4.80
  • Malted ryeSat onlyDense, faintly sweet. Gone by 10am most weeks. £5.20
  • FocacciaRosemary and sea salt. By the slab or the square. £3.50

Pastries

Laminated by hand the day before. Out of the oven by seven.

Beans roasted in Derby, changed every few months. Oat, whole or semi — no charge either way.
